Yes. Any app that can scan a BPI QR or send to a BPI account via InstaPay works. GCash, Maya, UnionBank, BDO, and most Philippine bank apps are supported. Small InstaPay transfer fees may apply from your bank.
Yes. Sending to both joventan@yahoo.com and support@slrclearningportal.com is what keeps activation under one business day. The first is the finance desk, the second is the portal team. If you miss either, activation stalls until we follow up with you.
Email support@slrclearningportal.com immediately with your transaction proof. We will either refund the difference or ask you to top up the balance depending on the situation. Do not send a second transfer until you have heard back from support.
